About Robin Hodge

Built for regional housing delivery.

Robin Hodge is a Toowoomba-based regional housing delivery partner focused on community housing outcomes across regional Queensland.

We work in communities where housing need is clearly identified, bringing together land opportunity, Community Housing Provider alignment, planning pathways, funding requirements and trusted delivery partners.

Our role is simple: turn suitable opportunities into completed homes.

Why Robin Hodge exists

Regional housing supply affects the strength of regional communities.

When housing is unavailable or unaffordable, the pressure extends to workforces, families, service providers, local economies and long-term community stability.

Robin Hodge was established to direct capital, development expertise and trusted relationships into regional Queensland communities where housing need is real and delivery pathways require discipline.

We do not hold land. We build homes.

What we do

Robin Hodge creates practical delivery pathways for regional community housing.

We work across site identification, feasibility, acquisition, planning approvals, funding alignment, Community Housing Provider engagement, construction coordination and handover.

Every project is structured around a defined housing need, a clear delivery pathway and a built form response suited to regional Queensland.

How We Deliver

Every Robin Hodge project begins with a clear assessment of:
  • Housing need
  • Land suitability
  • Planning context
  • Infrastructure capacity
  • Funding alignment
  • Community Housing Provider requirements
  • Construction feasibility
  • Long-term asset performance

We involve the right partners early, so design, approvals, funding, delivery and long-term management are considered together.

Our Team

Robin Hodge is led by a team with experience across property development, construction delivery, finance, acquisitions, governance and project control.
